ROUTERS

ROUTERS: ARROW

Flexibility and customisation are the key elements in the Arrow routers. The machine can be used to process solid wood furniture, kitchen units, office and bedroom furniture, and is mainly destined for use by large and medium industries. Specialisation in specific machining operations, reliability when working with single, large, thick pieces and in nesting operations, routers are the main characteristics of the routers processing centre. Thanks to its high level of customisation and its versatility the routers machine is suitable to carry out the widest possible range of machining operations, from solid wood door and window frames to all those operations requiring fast panel feed-through rates. routers is available with a flat table or with a bar table, interchangeable with two working units and two different types of tool change device. The structure of routers is extremely rigid, comprising a monolithic base and a beam designed to deal with the highest levels of strain and dynamic stress imposed by the machining operations. The routers is offered with a doubled table so as to carry out loading operations during masked time, without slowing down the manufacturing process. The routers line uses extremely powerful electrospindles, up to 13.5 kW if air-cooled and 15 kW if liquid-cooled. ARROW

Flexibility and customisation are the key elements in the routers. The machine can be used to process solid wood furniture, kitchen units, office and bedroom furniture, and is mainly destined for use by large and medium industries. Specialisation in specific machining operations, reliability when working with single, large, thick pieces and in nesting operations, routers are the main characteristics of the Arrow processing centre. Thanks to its high level of customisation and its versatility the Arrow router machine is suitable to carry out the widest possible range of machining operations, from solid wood door and window frames to all those operations requiring fast panel feed-through rates. Arrow is available with a flat table or with a bar table, interchangeable with two working units and two different types of tool change device. The structure is extremely rigid, comprising a monolithic base and a beam designed to deal with the highest levels of strain and dynamic stress imposed by the machining operations. The machine is offered with a doubled table so as to carry out loading operations during masked time, without slowing down the manufacturing process. The Arrow line uses extremely powerful electrospindles, up to 13.5 kW if air-cooled and 15 kW if liquid-cooled.

The flat table, which is created directly by the working units, guarantees maximum precision when machining pieces of various shapes and sizes. The panel reference of routers is set thanks to a combination of the rear stop, managed by the numerical control, and pneumatic stops that drop down under the table. The panels are locked in place using vacuum units of various sizes, which can be positioned as required on the table without the aid of dedication connections.

The Arrow can be fitted with the ATS bar table, with manual positioning, or with the EPS table, positioned using the numerical control. This type of table is normally used on traditional processing centres, and combines the advantage of greater flexibility with the productivity and power of the electrospindle structure The versions EPS and ATS are fitted with the CFT (Convertible Flat Table), with interchangeable table elements to convert from modular work table to flat table whenever specific machining operations require this.

The flat table is used for all nesting operations, in which shapes are cut from a single panel. This method is employed when producing structural elements for settees and other types of upholstered furniture, kitchen cabinets and door units. The profile of each element in the unit is inscribed on the surface of the panel, and cut-off is reduced to a minimum thanks to the use of a cutting optimiser, thus increasing productivity. Nesting is also the ideal solution for specialised machining operations such as the production of furniture for boats and camper vans, where the spaces available are of a size and shape such that each single unit is made up of a large number of irregular pieces, which can all be obtained from a single panel.

routers is available in version TC with 2 working units fitted with 12 and 18 location chain type tool change device. The tool changer is capable of housing up to 36 tools and aggregates. The TC version guarantees maximum tool change speed, and is ideal for all those complex machining operations in which a large number of tools need to be changed with speed and precision.

In the TCR routers version, the working units are equipped with a revolver type tool change device capable of housing large tools and aggregates, guaranteeing the best possible combination of productivity and versatility. This version with 2 working units with 10 location revolver type tool magazine gives excellent results for all types of panel machining operation.

The 5 axis operating section allows continuous, 360° machining, increasing speed and productivity. When combined with standard units, this unit can be used to avoid the need for aggregates, enabling even the most complex machining operations to be carried out routers.
