The saw blade change zone is located at the side of the square fence and can be accessed from the front. Tool replacement is carried out using just one wrench and is simple, safe and fast.
Pneumatic raising and lowering of each saw blade is guided by two ground and hardened round bars and by linear ball bushing bearings.
The pusher carriage runs on an exclusive system of ball blocks sliding on two prismatic guides located on steel beams. Fast and accurate positioning thanks to the brushless motor and the magnetic tape measuring system. Positioning of the pusher carriage is always under direct monitoring of the machine control, which uses a magnetic tape reading system to detect the position.
The action of the side aligner is automatically integrated with the machine's operating cycle.
