Panel saws: TURN TABLE FOR HEAD CUTS
The necessity in reducing down time with the possibility of achieving complicated cuts with more head cuts. These operations usually have high cycle times and are very heavy to rotate manually. This new Panel saws rotating table achieves a fully automatic cycle without the need of an operator. The stack is lifted, rotated and placed on wheels on the table eliminating any possibility of marking the bottom Panel saws. Clamps for the stacks and fast rotating speed: rotating time highly reduced and high reliability in the positioning. The stack is aligned before and after the rotation with two separate groups of aligners; reduced cycle time and stack always aligned.
