Rover B can be fitted with the CTS (Classic Table Setting System) or ATS (Advanced Table Setting System) work table. Both these solutions allow the work tables to be moved on round bars and pneumatically locked. The suction devices are interchangeable and can be turned; tooling time is reduced thanks to the display of the suction device positions. The CTS table allows fast, practical mechanical locking of the carriages on the tables, simply using a lever at the bottom of the device. For higher performance and greater versatility, Rover B can be fitted with the ATS (Advanced Table Setting System) work table, which allows efficient locking of panels of all shapes and sizes. Rover B can be fitted with a wide range of different panel locking devices, and with the ATS table Rover B can also be equipped with Uniclamp locking devices for narrow elements, used when machining door and window frames. Greater flexibility, speed and practicality are the characteristics brought by the ATS work table to the Rover B range of processing centres.
Part of the reason for Rover 24's versatility is the incredible potential of its tool holder magazines, which are capable of housing large aggregates, particularly useful when machining door and window frames. Rover 24 is equipped with a 6 or 7 location revolver type tool magazine on the Z carriage, which can be associated with an addition 10 or 18 location revolver type tool change on the X carriage.
The revolver tool changer, mounted on the Z carriage, allows tools and aggregates to be changed while the machine is carrying out other operations, thus reducing machining times.
