The CNC MACHINING CENTRES Rover 35 work table can be tooled up to deal with the various needs of clients, providing a number of solutions according to manufacturing requirements.
ATS table: The ATS (Advanced Table Setting System) work table, which is an exclusive Biesse patent, allows panels of all shapes and sizes to be locked efficiently, also reducing tooling times thanks to fact that the locking system and work table positions are displayed on screen. The CNC MACHINING CENTRES Rover 35 can be fitted with a wide range of panel locking devices, making the machine suitable for a great variety of applications: Uniclamp devices to fasten narrow pieces, custom-made and adjustable jigs.
EPS table: The CNC MACHINING CENTRES Rover 35 can be fitted with the EPS (Electronic Positioning System) to give electronic control of the work table, with movement of the tables and locking devices managed directly by the numerical control. The EPS system represents state-of-the-art technology in terms of work table setup, allowing a drastic reduction in tooling times and guaranteeing a considerable increase in machine productivity.
CNC MACHINING CENTRES Rover 35 has great tool holder magazine potential. The machine can be fitted with a 7 location revolver type magazine on the Z carriage, with the option of adding a supplementary 14, 21 and 30 location chain type tool magazine on the X carriage, right the way to the Multi Store device, which is capable of managing up to 60 locations. The device supplies the chain type tool change unit, allowing simultaneous changing of two tools, thus halving the tool change time and increasing production.
