CNC MACHINING CENTRES is Biesse's answer to the needs of craftsmen who, as they develop, decide to pass from typically manual machining operations to those managed by numerical control machines. Simple and versatile to use, it enables smaller workshops to grow, allowing them to satisfy new market needs faster and more efficiently. CNC MACHINING CENTRES can also be used in larger industries for special production runs, in the prototype sector or to produce small batches that would slow down the normal manufacturing cycle. With a solid, compact structure, CNC MACHINING CENTRES is a concentration of simplicity and reliability developed by Biesse over the years at industrial level. CNC MACHINING CENTRES

The CNC MACHINING CENTRES work table is fitted with universal, pneumatically locked jigs that, by means of a 100m3/h vacuum pump, guarantee perfect locking of the panels to be machined. The table can also be fitted with digital readers for rapid tooling of the working area, and with dual function stop/clamp pneumatic devices for reference and locking of narrow pieces. The work table is designed to be flexible, versatile and simple to use, all essential requirements in modern workshops.
The CNC MACHINING CENTRES tool changer has 7 locations (4 on the machine plus 3 on the carriage) for rapid tool change without the need to stop the working cycle. Automatic tool change guarantees optimum machine performance in terms of working speed and production capacity.
